Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to return items to Springblinds.com, please read below.

 

1. Requesting a return

Email to sales@springblinds.com and provide your order number and items that you need to return.

 

2. Original Packaging Required

We will issue a return label for you to send items back. Please make sure to reuse the original packaging materials that was sent to you with the original order.

 

3. Freight Charge

You are responsible for return freight charges.

 

4. Restocking Fee and Time

Return must be in good condition otherwise we need to apply 25% restocking fee for any items that are retuned within 30 days from the invoice dates. 50% restocking fee will be applied for 90 days. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

 

5. Credit Issued

Upon receipt of the return items, all return items will be checked, and credit can be issued.
